After signing in, tap the Back Up Now button on the home screen. Allow the app permission to access your contacts when prompted. Your contacts will be securely saved to the cloud.
Go to the Backups tab, select the backup you want to restore, and tap Restore. Your contacts will be restored to your phone.
Go to Settings and tap Export Contacts. A CSV file will be created and you can share it via email, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or any other app on your phone.
